In honor of turning 42nd anniversary, we have a goal of raising $5,000 between Thanksgiving and the end of year. We are asking supporters like YOU to help us meet our goal. Will you help us?

We are committed to assisting victims of crime in navigating the complicated terrain of the criminal justice system. MCVRC focuses on the delivery of victims' services and the enforcement of victims' rights for all victims throughout Maryland. We have been providing advocacy, legal representation, and support services to victims of crime for 42 years. MCVRC works with individuals from all economic backgrounds. MCVRC also works closely with other service organizations to ensure all victims' needs are met.

We are grateful to those who continue supporting Maryland Crime Victims’ Resource Center, Inc.’s mission of ensuring victims of crime receive justice and are treated with dignity and compassion through comprehensive victims' rights and services.

About MCVRC:

When Stephanie Roper was abducted, tortured, raped, murdered, and mutilated, the Roper family suffered a tremendous loss and were thrown into a world where legal jargon and red tape dictated what they could and couldn’t do. Her parents, Vince and Roberta turned their loss into action and began advocating and making changes for victims’ rights across the nation. The creation of The Stephanie Roper Committee and Foundation was born from this loss. Over 40 years later, the organization, now the Maryland Crime Victims' Resource Center (MCVRC) is a nationwide non-profit dedicated to advocacy and services.
